Step 1: Athletes must have a current sports qualifying physical exam on file in the Activities Office. Physicals are good for 3 years from date of your last physical. You can get the blank Physical Form here.
Step 2: Register and Pay Online here. Submit the Scholarship Request form here if needed
Step 3: Registration is complete after Registration, Payment, and submission of the completed Physical form. Students will not be able to practice until all items are completed.
